The 5th grade class was given a wonderful challenge and opportunity - What could we do with $200 to care for people around us who are in need? Each student wrote down a few ideas of what we could do. Since so many students expressed an interest to reach out to people who were in need in downtown Grand Rapids at Degage, we did just that! The $200 was used to purchase single ride Rapid bus tickets for Degage to give to their patrons.
