Our Kindergarten program is designed to develop the complete child while providing a safe, encouraging and intellectually stimulating Christ-centered environment.
Developmental - Mrs. Amy Zwiep

The Developmental Kindergarten (DK) program is designed for the child with a summer or fall birthday who needs an additional year of social and emotional growth before entering kindergarten.

The curriculum includes music, art, library, and physical education classes.

Your child will learn the basic skills of counting, letter recognition, and letter sounds with a special emphasis and hands-on learning.

This is also referred as the Young 5's program.

The child should be 5-years-old by January 1st to participate in this class.

Three Day - Mrs. Tami Boomsma

The curriculum for Three Day Kindergarten includes Spanish, computer, music, library, physical education and art.

Your child will learn basic pre-reading and reading skills with the Zoo-Phonic Literacy program.

Emphasis is placed on learning about God's world through science, math, field trips and every day life experiences.

The child should be 5-years-old by September 1st to participate in this class.

The curriculum consists of all the objectives taught in the Three Day program including additional enrichment activities.

Your child will be exposed to the Zoo-Phonics Literacy program, science, math, field trips and a greater appreciation of the world God created.
